You can opt between a refund or a replace-<br \/>ment if it is not fixed in a reasonable amount of time.<\/p><h4 class=\"h-rtrn\">HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?<\/h4><p class=\"pbd\"><b>Click &amp; Collect and In-store purchases<\/b><br \/>With Click &amp; Collect and in-store purchases, PRODEPOT will be able to assist you.<\/p><p class=\"pbd\"><b>Online Delivery Purchases<\/b><br \/>Purchases made through our online delivery service can be returned in-store, our Customer Service<br \/>team will assist you with your return. Simply email the details of your return to info@prodepot.com.au<br \/>or complete the form below, and a member of our team will get back to you.<\/p><p class=\"pbd\"><b>Please Note:<\/b>\u00a0Our Customer Service team operates Monday \u2013 Friday, 9am \u2013 5pm AEST.<\/p><p class=\"pbd\"><b>Important:<\/b>\u00a0In the unlikely event that a return is requested, all returns must include all original items<br \/>in their original packaging, undamaged and re-saleable condition, as well as the original invoice. There are<br \/>no refunds for postage and handling charges. Except when an incorrect item has been shipped, the<br \/>buyer is responsible for any shipping costs incurred in returning products. Before mailing the item, you<br \/>must obtain a return authorisation from PRODEPOT.
